After updating a client's Control from 4.6…3.30 to 4.6…7.02, could not open any reporting function without Control.exe issuing the error “This application has failed to start because MFC71U.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.”

Un-installed Crystal Reports and re-installed.
