Closed out and the daily totals on daily activity report is zero

Explanation


Resolution

  1. Check to see if Daily Close action was performed before Quick Reports were run.
  2. To check, open DBBrowser.
  3. Go to Closeout Database.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the table records to view the most recent Closeouts.
  5. If there are multiple daily closeouts for the same day, remove the records that aren't required for this day.
  6. Closed the DBBrowser
  7. Restart SMS.
  8. Open the Quick Reports.
  9. Unselect any WIP, AR Aging, Backup, Close Day, Export Data checkboxes
  10. Click Print
  11. Select the Prior Daily Closeout.
