1. Check to see if the customer is using an HP2600n
  2. If so, they need to choose a different computer

Note: This link has been closed by HP. May be fixed with new drivers???

  1. You can give them the following link to explain the problem (HP2600n has issues with Delphi, the language we use)

Switch -HP2600Fix can be added to options.txt file or shortcuts in Control 3.1 and greater to workaround the issue.

Alternatively, there these steps may resolve the problem as well. These are some steps that one user tried that ultimately worked for them.

  1. Uninstall the HP Color Laserjet software with the drive.
  2. Eliminate the USB cable and use only a Lan cable (if using more than one workstation, use a switch).
  3. Re-install the printer software and printer as a local printer using the Standard TCP/IP port connection.
  4. Do not share the printer in the sharing option, now that it is connected to a Lan.
  5. If you need to install on client machine, install the printer's software on each client and install the printer as a local printer using the Standard TCP/IP Port connection.
