High. Normally new users can't consistentally use SMS until this resolved.

  1. Check the Power Management settings on all computers that have Cyrious installed on them.
    1. Right click on My Computer.
    2. Select Properties.
    3. Click on the Hardware tab.
    4. Click on the Device Manager button.
    5. Click the plus in front of Network adapters.
    6. Double click on anything that opens below Network adapters.
    7. Click the Power Management tab.
    8. Uncheck any and all checkboxes.
    9. Close the two pop-ups.
    10. Right click on an open spot on the desktop.
    11. Select Properties.
    12. Click on the Screen Saver tab.
    13. Click the Power button.
    14. Ensure that the “Turn off hard disks:” and “System standby:” are set to “Never” on the Power Schemes tab.
    15. Click the Hibernate tab.
    16. Uncheck the Enable hibernation checkbox.
  2. Check the Firewall.
    1. Click Start.
    2. Select Control Panel.

### Switch to Classic view if in Category view if necessary.

  1. Open the Windows Firewall.
  2. Turn off.
  3. Close both pop-ups.
  4. Test this to see if it resolves the issue.
  5. If not, try turning off any Anti-Virus on all computers.
