Security Device Expired

The authorization date for the security device has expired or the key information got corrupted and needs to be reset.

High. All users are down and can't access the program.

The customer may have a pending balance or its the initial time from when you first purchase the program.

1. Check the customers record to see if they still have a balance outstanding.

2. If not then reauthorize key permanently.

3. Connect to customer's server machine.

4. Log into SSLIP.

5. Go to “Dongle Administration.”

6. Open the Tech Utility and go to the 'SSLIP Codes' section.

7. Input the customer key number and set expiration date to permanent or for a set period. Depending on what you found out about their balance.

8. Insert generated code into their authorization box.

9. Reauthorize key.

10. Test by logging into software.
