Cyrious Technical Support is open:
  • 7:30 am through 7:00 pm CST (GMT-6).
  • Monday - Friday excluding the following US Holidays:
    • New Years Day
    • Good Friday
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day (July 4th)
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday)
    • Christmas Eve
    • Christmas Day
  • Note: If one of the above holidays falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the preceding Friday. If one of the above holidays falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on the following Monday.
  • Off-Hours support is available. Instructions for contacting off-hour support are discussed in the recording at the normal technical support number. See Telephone Support Information.


Emergency Off-Hours Support Information

Emergency Off-Hours support is available if needed.

Off-hour support is not intended as a replacement for normal support hours, but as a service for our customers in critical and emergency situations. Accordingly, there is a $75 additional charge for accessing the off-hours technician that must be paid via credit card in advance of the assistance. Users not on a support contract will also have to pay for the support call itself at standard rates ($120 for SMS, $150 for Control). By submitting a request, you acknowledge and agree to pay these charges.

In order to request assistance, please email with a your name, company name, telephone number and/or cell number, best time to reach you, along with a description of the problem. Doing so helps us understand your problem and how to contact you.
