 +  - Go to Database Administration
 +  - Click on SMS group
 +  - Click Test Connection
 +  - Make sure connection is successfull.
 +  - If not, check physical file location and if Database is missing or in another directory, correct either the location of the Database or the SSLIP Data path.

 +**Note:** If the Server can open Cyrious, but not the client machines follow these steps
