Invoice/Estimate Printing Blank Second Page
Explanation
If when previewing or printing an invoice or estimate a blank second page is always printed, the likely cause is a product layout exending past the right margin of the page. Reducing the width of the product layout and resaving the order will usually correct the problem.
Resolution
- Click on Setup | System Setup | Orders, Estimates, and Service Tickets.
- Find the section: Width of product layout image.
- Confirm that this number does not exceed 650. The recommended setting is 600.
- Edit and resave the order/estimate.
- Edit the order/estimate.
- Type a space in the description field for each line item. (This is necessary because if there are no changes Control may not update the database record.)
- Save the order/estimate.
- Repring the offending document.
