Invoice/Estimate Printing Blank Second Page

If when previewing or printing an invoice or estimate a blank second page is always printed, the likely cause is a product layout exending past the right margin of the page. Reducing the width of the product layout and resaving the order will usually correct the problem.

Resolution
  1. Click on Setup | System Setup | Orders, Estimates, and Service Tickets.
  2. Find the section: Width of product layout image.
  3. Confirm that this number does not exceed 650. The recommended setting is 600.
  4. Edit and resave the order/estimate.
    • Edit the order/estimate.
    • Type a space in the description field for each line item. (This is necessary because if there are no changes Control may not update the database record.)
    • Save the order/estimate.
  5. Repring the offending document.
