 +This error message occurs when trying to save a report as a PDF or other document type file and the path is not valid

 +===== Resolution =====
 +  - Open the offending report to print
 +  - In the **Report Criteria**, click the **Show Details** button under **Save** on the left side
 +  - Click the **Browse** button at the end of the **Destination Path**
 +  - Select **Desktop**
 +  - Click the **Save** button in the **Save As**
 +  - Click the **Save** button in the **Report Criteria**
 +  - If this works that will resolve the issue
 +  - If a permanent location to store reports as PDF is required, repeat first 3 steps
 +  - Recommend either creating a **Saved Reports** folder, or whatever name is appropriate, in the **SMS** folder using the universal path or a mapped drive that is accessable by all Cyrious machines

 +  - Click **Browse** and navigate to the newly created folder
