Explanation

This is a Crystal error caused by an invalid path

Resolution 1
  1. Open an Invoice to print
  2. Click the Show Details below the Save
  3. Click the Browse button
    1. if it remaps from a local path to the universal path, click the Save button to test - if it works, you are done
    2. if it doesn't, select the Desktop and then click the Save button
  4. Test again on a different Invoice
    1. If it doesn't work again

### if it remaps from a local path to the universal path, click the Save these settings as the default

### if it doesn't, select the Desktop and then click the Save these settings as the default

  1. Test again on a different Invoice
Resolution 2
  1. Try turning off the Simple sharing on the machine having the issue
  2. Try saving to the desktop
  3. Try saving to the universal path
