Explanation
This is a Crystal error caused by an invalid path
Resolution 1
- Open an Invoice to print
- Click the Show Details below the Save
- Click the Browse button
- if it remaps from a local path to the universal path, click the Save button to test - if it works, you are done
- if it doesn't, select the Desktop and then click the Save button
- Test again on a different Invoice
- If it doesn't work again
### if it remaps from a local path to the universal path, click the Save these settings as the default
### if it doesn't, select the Desktop and then click the Save these settings as the default
- Test again on a different Invoice
Resolution 2
- Try turning off the Simple sharing on the machine having the issue
- Try saving to the desktop
- Try saving to the universal path
