Explanation

This is caused by an invalid path where you are trying to save the report. This can be caused by your computer may not have access to a mapped drive or is trying to access a local path for a different computer.

Work Around
  1. Click the Show Detail button under Save
  2. Click the Browse button
  3. Select Desktop
  4. Click the Save button
  5. Click the Save button
Resolution
  1. Click the Show Detail button under Save
  2. Look at the Destination Path
    1. If a local path, correct to a universal path or mapped drive that you have tested. Then click the Save these settings as the default button
    2. If set to a mapped drive, you wil have to map that drive on this computer

### Right click on My Computer

### Select Map Network Drive.

### Choose the appropriate drive letter and paste path into Folder: text box.

### Click Finish.
