1. Create a new folder in the main Cyrious folder (C:\Program Files\Cyrious\ or \\ServerName\Cyrious$) called Updates
  2. Copy the zipped Crystal 8.5 Drivers folder to the Updates folder

*note: This is for future use for manual installations of client machines

  1. Copy the unzipped data to the C:\Windows\System32 folder
    • If 64bit computer, copy to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder
  2. Run the WinXP Crystal DLL Registration.BAT by double clicking on it
    • Windows 7 and newer versions will auto-run the following installers, skip to the testing
  3. When that finishes running, run the Crystal_Fix_For_Graphs.exe by double clicking on it.
    • Click Yes to All button
  4. When that finishes running, run the CrystalUpdate.exe by double clicking on it.
    • Just follow the installation steps
  5. When it finishes, you need to run the CrystalUpdate.exe again
    • This time, you will need to select Repair radio button and then follow the installation steps
  6. Test by previewing an Order or Estimate

*note: This needs to be done on the computer that is having problems printing/previewing
