Unable to scroll through orders, estimates, companies within the Cyrious Explorer window. The information on the screen does not fully refresh.

A user recently reported a problem that began after pressing an unknown sequence of keys on the keyboard by accident, after the key sequence was pressed the explorer screen within Cyrious no longer allowed you to scroll through the results. The only information you were able to see was the information on the initial screen when it was opened.

The user is able to use the software, however the ability to search for records is severely impeded.

The cause is currently unknown at this time, we have not been able to identify the key sequence or steps to reproduce this problem.

A solution to the problem was discovered, please follow the steps below to remedy the issue.

  • Resize a few columns within the Cyrious Explorer window, such as the description field, move around the order of some additional columns.
  • Close and reopen Cyrious.

From our findings, resizing the columns resolves the issue.
