Explanation
Not sure as to the cause of this issue, but believed to be related to Windows 7 and later Sandbox. Older versions of windows as well as current versions, may be issues with either the sharing or the .MDB file
Resolution 1
1 Ensure the that the Cyrious SMS short-cut on the client machine is a shortp-cut and not the executable. If it is the executable, replace with the short-cut
Resolution 2
1 Check to ensure sharing is correct
2 Replace the SMSStoreData.mdb file and reshare
Resolution 3
- Download jet40sp8_9xnt.exe
- Install on computer
