There is more than one cause to needing to have to edit a Daily, Monthly, or Yearly Close out but they are usually easy to fix some of the common reasons are as follows.

  1. Customer Did not close the Day,Month,or Year as they should have.
    1. They Closed more than once.
    2. They Did not close at all.
  2. The date and or times are incorrect and need to be corrected and updated.
    1. The Time that they closed was too early.
    2. The Date which they closed out on was wrong.
  3. The Customer did not close Cyrious down on all systems before doing the closeout.
    1. Customer needs to close all open windows in Cyrious on the computer on which they are doing the close out.
Resolution
  1. Open DBBrowser
  2. Select the Closeout table
  3. Navigate to the missing closeout's time frame
  4. Correct accordingly:
    1. Remove duplicated closeout
    2. Manually enter in the correct DateTime

### Enter time as 11:59:59 PM to ensure you get everything for the day if they did not close the period

### Enter the time based on the time of the reports that printed - be sure to get the end report date time and to include the seconds

### Use D (daily), M (monthly), Y (yearly), R (royalty), X (export), or Q (quarterly) as appropriate for the CloseOutType

  1. If datetime correct, repull reports - refresh issue
