Resolution

If deleting the lock files does not resolve the issue try the following steps:

  1. Check to see if the server is running Win98 or Win95
  2. Check to see if the client machine is running Win2000
  3. If so, replace the P:\POS with the \\Server\Cyrious\POS\ path in the registry for both CurrentUser and Local Machine
  4. Test by opening Cyrious
