Resolution
- Make sure that key is installed on that machine
- If running Windows 98, navigate to run Start>Program Files>Cyrious Software>Install HASP
- If running Windows 2000 or above, download the current HASP Drivers
**NOTE:** If the machine is running Windows XP with SP2 installed, use the command line installation ONLY. HDD32.exe will not work
- Restart machine if necessary
- Test by attempting to start SMS
