Resolution 1
- Ensure the Borland registry path is correct - see borland_registry_installation
Resolution 2
- Ensure that the BDE folder is in the Common folder and it is populated
Resolution 3
- Follow the instructions here: Sandbox
- Created the BDEShared folder in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyroius\Common folder
Resolution 4
- Close Cyrious on the server
- Open up Cyrious on the client
- Reopen Cyrious on the server
- Explain to customer that Window and greater has Sandbox, the only work around is to open on the client(s) first and the server last
- If needed explain that the Sandbox issue comes and goes depending on Windows updates
