Problems connecting to the database. See Resolution 3 for Windows 7 and newer

Resolution 1
  1. Ensure the Borland registry path is correct - see borland_registry_installation
Resolution 2
  1. Ensure that the BDE folder is in the Common folder and it is populated
Resolution 3
  1. Follow the instructions here: Sandbox
  2. Created the BDEShared folder in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyroius\Common folder
Resolution 4
  1. Close Cyrious on the server
  2. Open up Cyrious on the client
  3. Reopen Cyrious on the server
  4. Explain to customer that Window and greater has Sandbox, the only work around is to open on the client(s) first and the server last
  5. If needed explain that the Sandbox issue comes and goes depending on Windows updates
