**Alternatively:** You can copy all indexes (excluding DB, MB) from a backup and paste in the Data folder, **CLICK NO** so it only replaces the missing indexes
===== Resolution 4 ===== - Ensure the database files are residing in the data folder instead of a subfolder (i.e. "C:\Program Files\Cyrious\SMS\Data\Data\" and then you find all the files and indexes) - Copy the files and paste them inside the the parent data folder ==Resolution 5 == - If a FASTSIGNS store, ensure the Data folder contains the "Aa Data.txt" file
