This error can appear if the installation of Crystal has become corrupted, isn't installed, the database is corrupt, or is installed to multiple locations on your system.



===== Resolution 1 =====
  - Re-install the Crystal 8.5 DLL files.



===== Resolution 2 =====
  - Search the entire computer for the Crystal DLL's. It's best to choose a common crystal DLL and search for that file on the drive.



===== Resolution 3 =====
  - Rebuild the Database (see [[dbrebuild]])
