==Resolution==
  - Connect to the computer that they export from Cyrious
  - Open the registry
  - Navigate to HKCU>Software>Cyrious Software>SMS>GLOptions
  - Delete the GLExportFromat DWORD
  - Resave an export
  - Test to see if it imports
