**If deleting the lock files does not resolve the issue try the following steps:**
  - Check to see if the server is running Win98 or Win95
  - Check to see if the client machine is running Win2000
  - If so, replace the P:\POS with the \\Server\Cyrious\POS\ path in the registry for both CurrentUser and Local Machine
  - Test by opening Cyrious
