If all other reports seem to be printing fine and the Royalty report doesn't want to work, it may be due to the customer's logo being too large.

  - Open Cyrious
  - Navigate to Mgmt>Set-Up>Store Information
  - Select the Logo tab
  - Click the Edit button
  - Click the Clear Picture button
  - Save
