How do I ... Void a Payment in SMS?



===== Answer =====



To void a payment in SMS:
  - Click on Pay-Status.
  - Select your order at the top of the screen.
  - Click on the Void Payment button (tab) in the middle of the screen.
  - Select the payment you want to void.
  - Enter the "Voided By" and "Reason" for the void.  SMS requires both of these fields be filled in to void a payment.
  - Click on the "Void Payment" button to void the payment.



Notes:
  * If the payment was run using online credit card processing, the void will reverse that transaction online also.
