==Resolution==
  - Close all SMS sessions, leave only SSLIP running.
  - Reopen SMS on one computer, but do NOT go beyond home screen.
  - Select MGMT > Maintenance > Utilities > Database Cleanup
  - Run Cleanup with no one in SMS

**Note:**If this does not fix then contact senior tech DB will have to be scanned for NAN's
