From this point, the system locks up and you must task manager close and restart. This is a result of the customer resizing the view of one of the columns in the explorer window ==Resolution I== - Download {{ :invalid_pointer_error_fix.reg|}} to desktop - Double click on it - Test ===== Resolution II ===== - Click Start - Click Run - Type in Regedit - Drill down to HKEY_Current_User - Drill down to Software - Drill down to Cyrious Software - Drill down to SMS - Drill down to User Options - on the right hand search for ExplorerCustIndexes and ExplorerOrdIndexes - Right click on each of them and delete - Restart Cyrious on the affected computer
