Control requires Crystal Reports drivers to generate any printed documents, since all reports in Control (even invoices and estimates) are made using Crystal Reports. These drivers must be installed on each machine that uses Control. It is a good practice to install the Crystal Reports drivers each time you install Control on a new client.

If Crystal Reports is not installed, you will receive a 'Class not registered' error when trying to run any report.

1. Go to www.cyrioussoftware.com and log in
2. At the top, click Tech Support
3. In the gray bar below, click Downloads
4. In the Control Reporting Downloads section, download Crystal Reports XI Installation
5. Once the file downloads, unzip it and run the installer

• It is a good idea to also install the BarCode Support Installer as well. Some reports may require this file as well.
