This error can appear if the installation of Crystal has become corrupted, isn't installed, the database is corrupt, or is installed to multiple locations on your system.

1. Re-install the Crystal 8.5 DLL files.

1. Search the entire computer for the Crystal DLL's. It's best to choose a common crystal DLL and search for that file on the drive.
