This error means that the Standard Group 'SMS' is missing from the SSLIP. This usually seen in customers that have multiple databases; however, can occur on new installations.

1. Connect to the server
2. Open the SSLIP
3. Log into the SSLIP
4. Go to the Database Administration
5. Click New Group
6. Enter the following:

1. Select the SMS Radio button in the Application Type

1. Right click on the Cyrious shortcut on the client machine
2. Click Properties
3. Add the tag “ -logindatabase:DatabaseName” to the Target
4. Click Apply
