Connection refused.

The connection to the mail server has been refused. This may be caused by incorrect data being entered in the email options.

1. If customer is a franchise (Fastsigns, etc) have them contact the corporate office to verify that the email settings for the corporate mail server are correct, and make the necessary changes.
