Regional Options are hidden as most people do not want or need to access this area. It is where settings for other country's settings that can be adjusted are access. It is also where some advanced settings are accessed.

1. Navigate to Mgmt>Set-Up>User Options
2. On the keyboard type Alt - X
3. Now the Regional Options tab will show up top
