Steps

  1. NM into customer's server
  2. Open up DBBrowser
  3. Select the Closeout Database
  4. Click directional arrows to scroll to the end of entries
  5. Click plus sign (+) to add a new line
  6. Type in date and time for Daily Closeout, tab to Store record, tab to Type field and enter 'D' for Daily, 'M' for Monthly, 'Y' for Yearly, 'X' for Export or 'R' for Royalty
  7. Click on Checkmark to save changes
  8. Close out of DB Browser
