1. Log into the Cyrious Customer website at www.cyrioussoftware.com with your username and password.
2. Select Training in the blue navigation toolbar and a new page will load.
3. Choose Wiki & Archive in the gray sub-navigation toolbar.
4. Click on the word videos in the link B. Looking for previous advanced training videos?
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll see a series of videos labeled as following:
   • SMS 101 - System Overview, Employee Entry, and System Setup
   • SMS 102 - Company Entry, Estimate/Order Creation, Status and Payments
   • SMS 103 - Business Closing and Reporting Features
   • SMS 104 - Product/Modifier Pricing (Part 1 of 2)
   • SMS 105 - Product/Modifier Pricing (Part 2 of 2)
   • SMS 106 - Activity Manager and Marketing
   • SMS 301 - Accounting Introduction
   • SMS 302 - Accounting Quick Reports Setup
   • SMS 303 - Accounting Synchronization
   • SMS 304 - Accounting Export Import Process

If you have any difficulties viewing the videos you may need to download and install this video codec.

1. Download the video codec to your desktop.
2. Double-click on tscc.exe to begin the installation of the TechSmith ScreenCapture video codec.
3. Once installed, try and watch one of the videos.
