Explanation

This is caused by Outlook refusing the connection from a 3rd party program (Cyrious). The causes are varied and not related to Cyrious.

Resolution
  1. Get the MSOffice installation disk
  2. Run the repair utility in the MSOffice
Work Around
  1. Open Outlook and leave it running while Cyrious is open
