Explanation of Error

This error occurs when you attempt to print any Crystal Reports based report from Cyrious.

It is typically caused by not having the crystal reports drivers installed. This routinely happens when the a new client is installed manually by placing a shortcut on the desktop instead of running the actual SMS installation which installs the crystal reports drivers in addition to creating program shortcuts.

Severity

Normal. User is not down, but the user can not print the invoice(s) or order(s) in question.

Possible Root Cause(s)

  1. Crystal 8.5 Drivers not installed.
  2. Crystal Drivers installed to incorrect folder location for the version of windows you are using.
  3. Corrupted Crystal Drivers

Resolution

  1. Install the crystal_reports_driver_installation.
  2. Test your ability to use reports.
