If you receive this message on a specific computer, however other computers appear to load Cyrious SMS without any complications, verify the following. This problem occurs frequently with International locations due to the default setting on new computer systems being set to a U.S. Standard Timezone.

1. Double-click on the system time in the systemtray on the server computer.
2. Note the timezone and daylight saving time settings.
3. Double-click on the system time in the systemtray on the client computer.
4. Modify the client time settings to match the server timezone.
