Invalid Class Type String

Whenever emailing out of Control using Outlook.

Normal. User is not down, but can't email out Control.

The registry entry for Outlook that Control needs is either missing or corrupt.

1. Have customer run their Office Setup and select the Repair utility in the Setup Menu. This will repair the registry entry that Control is referencing for to get to Outlook.

2. Retry email action out of Control.
