CKG Edit ====== ====== ===== Explanation ===== This error message occurs when trying to save a report as a PDF or other document type file and the path is not valid ===== Resolution ===== - Open the offending report to print - In the **Report Criteria**, click the **Show Details** button under **Save** on the left side - Click the **Browse** button at the end of the **Destination Path** - Select **Desktop** - Click the **Save** button in the **Save As** - Click the **Save** button in the **Report Criteria** - If this works that will resolve the issue - If a permanent location to store reports as PDF is required, repeat first 3 steps - Recommend either creating a **Saved Reports** folder, or whatever name is appropriate, in the **SMS** folder using the universal path or a mapped drive that is accessable by all Cyrious machines - Repeat the first 3 steps - Click **Browse** and navigate to the newly created folder - Click the **Save** button in the **Save As** - Click the **Save these settings as the default** button
