This is usually caused by someone trying to backup the Data folder and dragging and dropping the Data folder, or Cutting and Copying the Data folder. Due to a limitation in Windows OS, dragging and dropping large files will drop data.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to the Cyrious>SMS folder
  2. Open the DemoData or NewData folder
  3. Set View to Details
  4. Sort by Name
  5. Highlight all the “Account Codes Database” files
  6. Right click and select Copy
  7. Navigate back to the Cyrious>SMS folder
  8. Paste to the Data folder
  9. Reopen Cyrious
