Explanation
This is usually caused by someone trying to backup the Data folder and dragging and dropping the Data folder, or Cutting and Copying the Data folder. Due to a limitation in Windows OS, dragging and dropping large files will drop data.
Resolution
- Navigate to the Cyrious>SMS folder
- Open the DemoData or NewData folder
- Set View to Details
- Sort by Name
- Highlight all the “Account Codes Database” files
- Right click and select Copy
- Navigate back to the Cyrious>SMS folder
- Paste to the Data folder
- Reopen Cyrious
