==Explanation==



This error means that the Standard Group 'SMS' is missing from the SSLIP. This usually seen in customers that have multiple databases; however, can occur on new installations.



==Resolution 1==
  - Connect to the server
  - Open the SSLIP
  - Log into the SSLIP
  - Go to the Database Administration
  - Click New Group
  - Enter the following:

  - Select the SMS Radio button in the Application Type



==Resolution 2==
  - Right click on the Cyrious shortcut on the client machine
  - Click Properties
  - Add the tag "** -logindatabase:DatabaseName**" to the Target
  - Click Apply
