This is caused by Corruption in the DB. Always do Resolution 1 and test before trying Resolution 2



==Resolution 1==
  - Run the [[dbrebuild]]



==Resolution 2==
  - Navigate to Mgmt>Set-Up>Reporting Set-Up
  - Navigate to the offending report and click the edit button
  - Confirm report template is Crystal report, if so continue
  - Uncheck Show on Menu
  - Add New SMS Report to the same group
  - Select AR_ARAgingSummary from the System Report group 
  - Complete the creation of the new report
  - Clone if necessary to the Quick Reports or Reporting Menu as needed
