In the SSLIP Error log, you will possibly see **"Error looking up CRIX information: || Unknown database**."



In the C3sPayments error log, you will possibly see **"Customer (ID: XXXX) failed to update: Failed to save transaction:The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data."**

  - Shut down Cyrious on all computers
  - Restart the SSLIP
