==== Unfortunately, Cyrious does not allow you to directly "unvoid" an order. ====



===This is an administrative control point and there is no work-around to "recapture" the invoice number. The only alternative is to create a new order with the same items.===



===== Steps =====
  - Open the voided order.
  - Clone and save new order.



===== Steps for voided orders that had a payment =====
  - If there was a payment on the order, go to the original order
  - Click the Payments button
  - Click the Apply Credit button
  - If there is a credit there that equals the original payment, you will need to apply the credit to the new order
  - If there is no credit, you will need to enter the payment again. Be sure to check the payment method of the original payment in the Order's Payment History
