==== Things Required to Install ====
* Use this file for all versions of **Windows XP and older**{{ :crystal_files.zip|}}
* * Use this file for all versions Windows after **Windows 7 (32bit)**{{ :windows_7_32_bit_crystal_files.zip|}}
* Use this file for all versions Windows after **Windows 7 (64bit)**{{ :windows_7_64_bit_crystal_files.zip|}}
==== Recommendation ====
- Create a new folder in the main Cyrious folder (C:\Program Files\Cyrious\ or \\ServerName\Cyrious$) called Updates
- Copy the zipped Crystal 8.5 Drivers folder to the Updates folder
*note: This is for future use for manual installations of client machines
==== Installation ====
- Copy the unzipped data to the C:\Windows\System32 folder
* If 64bit computer, copy to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder
- Run the WinXP Crystal DLL Registration.BAT by double clicking on it
* **Windows 7 and newer versions will auto-run the following installers, skip to the testing**
- When that finishes running, run the Crystal_Fix_For_Graphs.exe by double clicking on it.
* Click Yes to All button
- When that finishes running, run the CrystalUpdate.exe by double clicking on it.
* Just follow the installation steps
- When it finishes, you need to run the CrystalUpdate.exe again
* This time, you will need to select Repair radio button and then follow the installation steps
- Test by previewing an Order or Estimate
*note: This needs to be done on the computer that is having problems printing/previewing
