This is caused by the use of special characters in certain fields



==Resolution==
  - Open SMS
  - Navigate to where the customer gets the error
  - Edit the record (may be a customer, or order, or estimate, or contact record)
  - Look for a special character like " ' $ % in an inappropriate field (i.e. "The Boss" in the title field for a contact)
