Notes:
  * __Existing users do / do //not// need to exit for these actions to be run.__
  * Always backup first!  Running a SQL query is a powerful tool and a misplaced comma can result in data loss. 



=Tier 2 Actions=
  - Have all users exit and close the SSLIP.
  - Check **Computer Management** and close any open files using the the ..\Cyrious$ folder or below.
  - Confirm you have the correct Data folder by looking at the modified date of the files in the data folder.
  - Backup the Database by 
    * Right-clicking on the Data folder 
    * Choosing **Send To | Compressed File**.  
    * When complete, name the file "Data YYYY-MM-DD xx.zip", as in "Data 2015-03-18 JB.zip" where "xx" are the technicians intials
    * Move the back up to the ..\Cyrious$\SMS\Tech Backups folder.  Create the folder if it does not exist.
  - Locate the customer backup files and copy the Backup file to the ..\Cyrious$\SMS\Backups\ folder
  - Run Database Browser (DBBrowser.exe in the ..\Cyrious$\SMS\Utilities folder).
  - Click on the SQL tab, then click on Advanced in the middle row of tabs.
  - Modify and run the SQL below.  You will need to adjust or confirm:
