Explanation

This is caused by Corruption in the DB. Always do Resolution 1 and test before trying Resolution 2

Resolution 1
  1. Run the dbrebuild
Resolution 2
  1. Navigate to Mgmt>Set-Up>Reporting Set-Up
  2. Navigate to the offending report and click the edit button
  3. Confirm report template is Crystal report, if so continue
  4. Uncheck Show on Menu
  5. Add New SMS Report to the same group
  6. Select AR_ARAgingSummary from the System Report group
  7. Complete the creation of the new report
  8. Clone if necessary to the Quick Reports or Reporting Menu as needed
