This is a Borland Database related error due to the limitations of HDs at the time Borland was created.

In the C3sPayments error log, you will possibly see “Customer (ID: XXXX) failed to update: Failed to save transaction:The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.”
