This error message occurs when trying to save a report as a PDF or other document type file and the path is not valid

1. Open the offending report to print
2. In the Report Criteria, click the Show Details button under Save on the left side
3. Click the Browse button at the end of the Destination Path
4. Select Desktop
5. Click the Save button in the Save As
6. Click the Save button in the Report Criteria
7. If this works that will resolve the issue
8. If a permanent location to store reports as PDF is required, repeat first 3 steps
9. Recommend either creating a Saved Reports folder, or whatever name is appropriate, in the SMS folder using the universal path or a mapped drive that is accessable by all Cyrious machines
10. Repeat the first 3 steps
11. Click Browse and navigate to the newly created folder
12. Click the Save button in the Save As
13. Click the Save these settings as the default button
