Insufficient Disk Space

Borland Database, the database that powers SMS, was created back when the maximum size of a Hard Drive was 4GB. With the advent of newer larger Hard Drives, Borland still looks at the storage space in multiples of 4GB.

High. Normally new users can't login to SMS until this resolved.

The Hard Drive that Cyrious SMS is stored on is at or near the “maximum” 4GB level (4GB, 8GB, 12GB, 60GB, 128GB, etc.)

1. Help the customer determine if this is the main Cyrious computer
2. If this is the main Cyrious machine, navigate to the Data (or Data3) folder
3. Have customer copy and paste the data folder in the current folder or Backup folder

1. If not the main Cyrious machine, have customer download a copy of the data folder to his C drive (or they can copy a picture from the Interntet)
2. Explain to customer that this is a Borland issue and is due to the fact that either the free space or used space is a multiple of 4GB.
